Jules’ expertise in European affairs, energy geopolitics, and political strategy is shaped by his multidisciplinary background and practical experience in political campaigns across Europe and Africa. His ability to navigate complex political landscapes comes from his work as a parliamentary assistant in the French National Assembly and as an independent consultant in crisis communication. Most recently, as a project manager for an NGO, he has collaborated with civil society organisations in developing countries to support governance and policy initiatives.
