The Pegasus Working Groups ambition to develop a granular conception of the perceptions and challenges brought by the implementation of the EU Competitiveness Compass. They report on the national and sub-national realities of European competitiveness. By engaging with decision-makers, industry leaders and civil society stakeholders, they provide sectorial analyses that resonate with real-world implications to inform strategic policymaking and contribute to the debate.
Current areas of focus include:
- Energy, with a focus on nuclear and renewable energies;
- Defence, with a focus on the European defence technological and industrial base;
- Digitalisation and advanced technologies, with a focus on artificial intelligence ;
- Transport, with a focus on integration and interoperability.
